Tarot Logo Design & Branding
The initial brief was to incorporate either floral elements or an emblematic ‘G’ using a pink and grey colour scheme. During the design process, I experimented with a range of colours and concepts. One of the ideas showed a gold foil colour scheme which I thought would add a bit of class, and Gemma loved the idea. I wanted to keep the brand colours light and appealing so used a predominantly white and gold palette, with some dark grey to highlight important areas and provide a bit of contrast.
Gemma felt that using the ‘G’ emblem worked better than the floral elements as it reinforced the business name. She also thought it was more in keeping with the tarot or spiritual reading aspect of her business.
